Recruiting Manager Training
This course will teach recruiting managers on how to source and attract route sales apprentice opticians through online platforms, social media, and community outreach. They’ll conduct initial interviews, assess candidates, and explain the role and training process. Managers will guide successful candidates through onboarding, ensuring they acquire optical tools from veteranlab.com. They’ll provide ongoing support, address questions, and act as a liaison between candidates and the company. With a goal of recruiting 10 students per week, managers earn $150 per student who completes onboarding. Regular progress updates will be shared with Robert or Lily.
