Our onboarding and training program is designed specifically for new route sales apprentice opticians with little to no experience. This comprehensive program equips trainees with all the essential tools and knowledge needed to succeed in both optical sales and the eyewear industry. New opticians will learn how to sell optical products to doctors of optometry, read and interpret eyeglass prescriptions, make frame and lens recommendations, adjust glasses for proper fit, and confidently assist patients with choosing the right eyewear — and much more.
